Payments

Payments made to United Aquatics are processed by a third party secure gateway. United Aquatics makes every effort to protect your online purchase. We accept PayPal accounts. Once confirmation of payment, the order will go for processing. Most orders received will ship via APC within 48 Hours

Refund requests are refunded to the payment method of the order.

Shipping

We use APC, Parcelforce and Hermes to ship items, we use at our discretion so we offer a great delivery service. Additionally, within 24 hours of order dispatch tracking is uploaded. Orders over 150.00 ship for free. Minimum order for checkout is £75 , orders between £75.01 and £149.99 attracts a £10 shipping charge

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of the order. We will accept undamaged and unused products.

In the unlikely event of a incorrect item shipped United Aquatics will pay for return shipping, any other returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email for a RMA number for order tracing upon receipt. We will refund your money after receiving that undamaged product within 5-7 days.
